What is an Unconference?
An unconference is a participant-driven event. The term “unconference” has been applied, or self-applied, to a wide range of gatherings that try to avoid hierarchical aspects of a conventional conference.
Now in its sixth edition, what was the feedback from previous events?
“I was amazed at the amount of knowledge shared during that short time-frame.”
“The case studies shared from others really helped build my confidence in participating in a design sprint going forwards.”
“It was great to see a shift towards outcomes-based roadmapping and a move away from estimations and Gantt charts.”
“I loved the tip about shuttle diplomacy and approaching stakeholders by telling them you need their help to get their buy in.”
How will it work?
This event will be fully virtual, and will bring together product managers from across the country. Any topic is open for discussion, it can be something you are passionate about and want to stimulate debate upon, something you wish to know more about and motivate group contribution. As long as a topic is aimed at ‘levelling up your product management skills’ it’s welcome.
We will then co-create the agenda with all attendees on the day, with each session lasting up to 40 minutes.
